Pale Moon & Arctic Fox are not firefox rebrands, but forked and diverged enough to not be 100% FF compatible as their code moves further and further away from mozilla/chrome code. Using a mobile UA to lighten the load, and using a native video player to handle streaming video is less cpu intensive than html5 on old hardware.
